What type of dog should I get? I'm thinking healer, beagle or corgi mix.
I'll be adopting from a local shelter - non-negotiable -
I'll be in an apartment for about 8 months, and then in a house with a backyard for the dog. Want a running buddy, doesn't need to be a guard dog (but that would be a plus). I would prefer medium sized dogs under 45 lbs in general, but above 25 lbs.
Thoughts? Experiences?
