OT: 24 hours in Seattle, recs?

I'm driving a book display from Lubbock all the way to a university in Canada (staying in Bellingham, WA and flying out of Seattle) this coming Friday. I'll be in Seattle from ~noon 8/26 and flying out at 2pm the next day.

I'm looking for breakfast/lunch/dinner and brewery recs. I am 100% going to the Museum of Pop Culture and probably the Chihuly Gardens since they're basically right next to each other. I don't really want to go to any tourist trappy places.
