Curious what my options are, if anyone has experience. @kayakyakr ?
My current modem (SB6141) handles up to 340mpbs-ish. So, if I jump to 1gig download speed, I'd need a new one and I'm not seeing any real options out there at the moment, just a Netgear certified by Comcast for $180.
My RT-N66U router looks like it'll be fine.
(And yes, I pay for my equipment, so I'm not hustled by rental fees. Last 2 years, saved $160 with zero effort)
