I’m not sure how I fell upon this article, but when I first read it I admittedly thought “typical New Mexico attempt to get attention”. Then I felt kinda bad for stereotyping their state (for about 1.5 seconds).
Wouldn’t the smart thing to do be just to put a camera up 24x7 to catch anyone creating the tears? For the life of me I can’t figure out why a full “investigation” is warranted. I can only imagine what the first meeting to discuss the investigation will be like.
