Oslø Norway and Munich Germany recs

I’m planning a trip to fly into Germany and Norway to celebrate my birthday in May. I’ve only been to Frankfurt and Hamburg so I was wondering if any of you world travelers out there had any cool spots I should check out while I’m there.
