Dear diary: So I’m am struggling! After a monster first week, I have only lost three pounds in the last four weeks. This despite the same low carb, intermittent fasting program I have always used with great results. I have been testing and confirming I have been in ketosis the entire four weeks, clothes are loose, down to last notch in my belt, but scale hasn’t moved off 218 in three weeks. What the hell is going on? Oh, and.....treat yo'self.
