So far the names floated out have been Levitt and Venables. Neither have aroused the support of the RRS base completely. If the intent is to dissuade the base from letting Kliff go then I suspect that Art’s name or another flawed candidate will be thrown out there. The premise is that there are not any great candidates out there.
