UPDATE: New quarterback offer

Texas Tech has extended an offer to Del City (Okla.) dual threat quarterback Terry Wilson.



Wilson participated in RCS Dallas, and he was hands down one of my favorite signal callers there. He has some fantastic raw tools, is a great athlete with a great natural throwing motion and zip on the ball.

I've talked to a few guys in Oklahoma about Wilson, and they said that while he's a bit raw, he has a ton of upside. I personally love this offer. More as we know it.
