Getting a new backyard fence and going to talk with the neighbor about splitting it. I need to get the new fence ASAP, as it's falling apart and I have a dog that likes to jump up it trying to catch squirrels. So the fear is she'll knock it down sooner than later.
My question is which way should the fence face if the neighbor isn't willing to split it 50/50?
