Neiman Marcus downtown Dallas shutting down

Saks 5th Avenue is having financial problems and not paying vendors right now. They also shut down Neiman Marcus headquarters office. Dallas Morning News kind of glossed over it and said it was the lease agreement on the store. I had read earlier about the payments to vendors which they cant make right now. Would not be surprised if Saks filed Charger 11. From working in Credit and Finance all my career I know when you are 90 days past due with vendors you cannot get supplies.
