and Lubbock police wont press charges. My son and his friend just left a bar, both 21, and were getting gas on 4th and University three weeks ago, when a truck of 4-5 kids (Non Tech Students) drives by and screams and cusses at my son's friend, so he flips them off. They come back, my son gets out of the truck and they proceed to beat the crap out of both of them, sending my son's friend to the hospital with a concussion, swollen face, black eyes an luckily no broken bones. My son, had a badly swollen cheek bone, swollen eyes and bruised ribs. All, was captured on camera, BUT the Lubbock Police Dept. won't press charges because, my son's friend, flipped them off as they drove by? We asked them and that is what they told us, does that make any freaking sense to anyone? I'm about to go ballistic before I hire an attorney.
