Neal or Dana?

Who has more responsibility for the level of suck that they are at this year? Dana for having awful roster management and poor recruiting? Or Neal for inheriting a winning program and turning it into a 3-6 record with a blowout at home to a “loser” coaching staff? How embarrassing to lose to the coaching staff that lost to KU.
