When I think about why the PAC12 is worth so much less than BIG XII. On a typical saturday, college football fans in the east coast/central time zone turn on the tv to watch college gameday etc starting at 9 am central. Watch a full day of games ending with the primetime slot... After that game, I'm either tired of drinking, sun exposure, being out etc, combination of everything. I watch the games before Tech and after tech, (unless tech has the primetime slot). How many of us stay up to watch west coast games? Not much! I'll admit when Mike was coaching at Wazzu, I watched a few games. Other then that, I was tired to care about watching more football... Here's the thing, what's going to happen when we play BYU at 7pm Pacific time? What's going to happen to the BIG10 fans that want to watch USC/UCLA play their team on pacific time zones... ESPN/FOX is stretching the viewership!
