I know this team is waking up extremely disappointed. The coaches are waking up disappointed. But my hope is them being able to reflect on what they did with the little depth we had on this team. Injury and Cambridge leaving really hurt this teams ability to play with top tier teams due to the sheer minutes they put on their legs.
You saw the result of that one the front end of 2 one and one’s. When you leave it short, hits of the front rim that because your legs are gone. We can bag on them missing FT’s but we also have to acknowledge the obvious.
These guys were warriors as a team and I hope they wake up this morning realizing if they go the way of the 2018 team, next years team could be extremely powerful and special. Leave it MC and Grant to find those couple extra pieces and let’s go win a damn trophy. JTT can play his way from a 2nd round to 1st round. Darrion can play his way into being drafted. Let’s go!
