Moab/Arches recs

Wife and I gonna road trip to Moab pretty soon, always wanted to go. RRS is the best place for this kind of thing so I appreciate it. Hotels, restaurants, breweries hiking/ATV tips etc. Also going to spend one night in Santa Fe but I looked at the other thread on that for recs there.
