Met Reggie Virgil recently. Great young man. He told me A&M was his dream school and they offered him 1.7m. Tech didnt offer anywhere near that. He said the situation was #1 and money was down the list. He wouldve come to Tech for 20k. Before we even got into any of that conversation I mentioned to him how humble he is. The kid is almost shy. He said that's the way his mom raised him, she don't play. Back to A&M, he said their over all situation and facilities didn't compare to Tech. I will be a huge fan of his. Also, he said the rumor is that Hudson will be coming back, he's just taking a break. He also said that he did indeed get into a fight with the QB at A&M.
One more thing. He said Emmett Jones wanted him there bad (they offered 900k). Surprisingly he didn't speak bad about Tech at all. He told him that he wanted him to visit Oklahoma before he decided on a school. Jones told him he knew he would love Tech. He just wanted him to give them a shot.
