Obviously everyone was disappointed in the outcome yesterday. This was my key for the Auburn game...
Tech did not accomplish any of that during the first 30 minutes. The last 10 minutes when urgency set in we started to play better defense and made some timely baskets. Wish that last possession would have played out better. But we only had 9 assists on 23 made baskets. That has to be better.
Time to move on to Utah State. They lost by 21 to Purdue but they outscored Purdue in the paint and had more fast break points. Utah State could not defend the perimeter and Purdue ate them up from the outside.
My key for this game. Rebounding. We need to clean up the glass defensively and do better on the offensive glass and get some second chance points.
