Losses happen, some at really wild times... but for a heralded coach such as Smart, you gotta wonder what a few pollsters are thinking that put them as "possible contenders" for Big 12.

I like what Beard is putting together for us, and if he can strike while the iron is hot in recruiting by having a stronger program than UT faster than Smart can keep one together, Tech may really see some real Men's B-ball identity like we had in the mid-90's, except I'm more optimistic for the longevity of that identity.
