Anybody find any relief from new mattress for lower back pain? Back has complete gone out 3 times in last two years. I stretch, diet and workout but hoping that getting rid of older, soft mattress might spell some relief. Lifetime of jogging is catching up to me. Any brand names or styles would be much appreciated!
