We just hired a guy that was a former OC and inhereted a 11-1 team and staff...and then went:

...then he gets lucky with a 10-2 season, and he’s considered ELITE?
I tried to look up his recruiting history on rivals to see how good he is, but his name didn’t show up because they stop the list at 100.
Meanwhile, the guy we just fired is getting NFL offers.
Makes sense.
