Late in the 4th qtr, when Wells decided to not take a field goal, and instead go for it on 4th down...really dumb. Nearly cost us the the worst loss in program history. Absolutely no reason to go for it.

Wells made bad decisions that cost us 4 or 5 close games last season (@kctidwell24 has outlined this well in the past), and he had a history of doing the same at Utah State.
This is a problem. A big part of being a head coach is having an ability to make good in-game decisions. If Wells is incapable of making good decisions, then he shouldn’t be our head coach.
