Mark Davis had a guest on today that wrote a book about the "Rape frenzy" craze on college campuses and how many people jump to conclusions about the rapes and how the males are often made out to be rapist before there is ever a gathering of evidence. He mentioned the Duke scandal, the Virginia scandal and talked about how both were witch hunts by the media and academia and the Obama administration.
