Engel says no way Briles is reinstated. Says BOR has more than enough votes to try and restore BU's integrity and keep it's campus safe. Apparently as the reinstatement story was floated out there, several tenured profs and staff said they will walk if BU even thought about bringing him back LOTS of unrest on the campus and BOR is actively working with donors to understand that Briles is a no go.
