I bought the Master Built gravity fed charcoal smoker because of the rec from this board and I freaking love it! However, my lump charcoal I have been using varies too much in size and the hopper isn’t as full as it should be due to oddly shaped charcoal getting “jammed”.
It always cooks down but it’s annoying to have to keep refilling. What is your favorite lump charcoal and is there a high quality briquette style out there!?
