This was really a meaningless game. We'll likely be in the 7/10 game anyway, only we'll be the 10 seed. With the parity that exists in college basketball, there's very little difference between a 7 and 10.
I think this team needed a reality check. Our players aren't good enough to walk out on a neutral court expecting to win. I don't care who we're playing against. They earned this tourney bid by playing with a chip on their shoulder every single game, and this game reminded them that they HAVE to play with a chip on their shoulder EVERY SINGLE GAME.
