Long story short a friend from high school just found that his aunt is having an estate sale. The estate sale is for his grandfather (who has not passed away). She was granted a power of attorney when his grandfather's health started to decline. Is there anything that can be filed to at least temporarily stop the estate sale until he is able to make into town.
