I looked back at RRS threads from Jan last year. Mooney can’t score! He’s not a b12 caliber player! Tariq isn’t tough enough for the B12! He was a huge miss! We won’t make the tournament this year! Culver is overrated!
Then we played Ark in the B12/SEC challenge and never looked back. Beard will right the ship. Everyone needs to stay on the boat.
I’m not saying this is a deep run team...but we don’t know for sure what they are. I know before the season Beard told a group of us:
“There will be nights y’all will think this team is going back to the final 4...there will also be nights that you won’t think we practiced at all that month. I need y’all (fans) to stay with us. We will be a team in the fight come February/March!”
Stick with Beard and these boys. Sometimes a loss is what Beard needs to get the attention of his team that only his words may not have been able to get across.
