Article on Keenan taking over made me think in general how good we are in pulling away at the end of games so I did a bit a math. Over this 7 game win streak (OSU through OU), we are outscoring our opponents 108-72 in the last 5 minutes, which is an average of a 5.14 point advantage in the last 5 minutes. The only game where we lost the last 5 minutes was TCU where we were up 67-53 (14 pts) and won 83-71 (by 12). To me this is the difference in this team, the end of games is our time and we turn it on in the last 5 minutes (and probably the last 10 if I were to do the math). I think it's a mix of mental toughness (4:1), depth keeping us fresh and of course, Mr. Evans.
