LR up 32-25 at half. We played a rather sloppy 2nd quarter. Baylor beat this team by 70. The Baylor Lady Bears - Oh lord they are coming for two games later on. It makes me feel like my daughter's JJ Pearce team has two games coming against Duncanville.
Coming into this game B. Brewer was leading the country in blocks with an average of 5.7 a game. This must look good to our commentator Brian Agler, the Dallas Wings coach. He has the 2nd and 9th pick in the WNBA draft and they need height. It is speculated Baylor's post Lauren Cox would be the 2nd pick, if her injuries heal. He could be strongly looking at Brewer with the 9th pick, if she doesn't elevate herself ahead of that.
End of the 3rd 42-39. To many TO's. At least it looks like Lexi's little sis Myra, a top recruit , there watching, wearing Tech shirt. I checked and it looks like Myra is committed to Alabama and is a 4 star out of L.D. Bell. Agler blaming our bad play on finals, but didn't HBU have those also.
