Is this really any good for streaming shows/movies? I am an amazon prime member and can stream that through all my TVs but was going to get a fire box for one of my extra bedrooms since that one doesn't have cable. Is it worth it to go ahead and get one with Kodi on it? is it easy to get Kodi by myself? or should I just get one from amazon and leave it be?
Also heard that amazon somehow sent a mandatory update that crashed all modified fire devices...true? if so, I wouldn't want to risk dropping 150 bucks on a jailbroken fire box just for amazon to crash it.
