My wife starting Keto back in September and I started around mid October. She is more strict with it , I have my lapses ( I likes my bread ) but I've lost 25 lbs in 5-6 weeks. And I haven't been working out Wife and brother in laws are having success with it as well. I'm a big guy and my allowed caloric in take is still 2k but I never reach that and I don't feel hungry at all,
I know there are few fitness experts on here so looking for some thoughts on Keto. I know I need to watch protein intake as to not lose muscle mass but so far it's going great.
