I thought we could use another Kavanaugh thread, so I decided to start this one to get everyone’s thoughts on this article that suggests he’s as deep-state as they come.

If accurate, it’s pretty damning and disqualifying IMO.
I’m a conservative, but this and his obvious elitism is beginning to make me think it might be better to lose this nomination and use it to fire up the base and pick up a senate seat or two in a few weeks.
I also think it would be good for the country to select a justice from time to time that didn’t graduate from Yale or Harvard. Kavanaugh has lived in the DC bubble his entire life outside of college and law school. I’m not sure we want someone with that narrow of a perspective making laws for the rest of us.
