1. Don't ignore the crisis because pandemics have no borders and it coming to America is inevitable
Note: Trump literally spent months ignoring the virus warnings, not preparing, and saving it wasn't coming here
2. Go to Cingress and re fund the cuts made to our health agencies
3. Work with our global partners to coordinate the inevitable required response to a certain pandemic
Note: Trump was saying it was a hoax, soon to be zero cases and China had it contained
4. Renew funding, set to expire in May 2020, to the nationwide hospitals set up to fight infectious diseases
5. Go to congress for funding and the ability to declare a national disaster
Biden was forward thinking and saying ti act at a time the president had his head in the sand. But hey,Trump did ban travel from China after saying for two months China had it under control and was doing a great job
Note: The virus was already here when the ban was put in place
