My wife is again looking for a job after again being laid off. She was at Associa(HOA property management) for 2 years working as what was basically project management. She was the project coordinator, the person who coordinates your HOA Christmas lights going up, clubhouse roof being replaced after a hailstorm and keeping the pool gates etc working. They eliminated her position nationally so here we are.
She really loved the construction world and project management but doesn’t have any credentials so breaking into the industry is about networking. But she’s also been an admin and office manager in prior roles. Worked everywhere from a fortune 100 company(Halliburton) to a small family run business and is open to either.
Ideally a hybrid role would be best as it offers flexibility with the kids. We live in Allen, but she doesn’t have an issue commuting around Dallas for work. She’s not stuck on project management either so open to whatever works out.

If y’all have any openings or know of anything coming up it would be appreciated.
