I’m looking for an Operation Manager for our insurance restoration company. This position requires multifaceted skills - technology implementation, systems creation and implementation for work flow, a smidge of project management and the ability to guide a team.
As a small company it is tough to specialize but we are rapidly growing. We are looking for someone who has industry experience or the right person with the skills and personality to be able to do this job.
Salary plus incentivized bonuses.
