If you're reading this then you already know...I need a job. I've been employed in the automotive business for the past 9 years and after a tough breakup/fall out with my previous employer and ex-best friend, I'm looking to change careers. I know this board has provided many on here with help and support in the past.
A little about me, I graduated Tech in 06 with a bachelors in history, I know he just said history, with the intent of pursuing a career in law or politics at the time. That career path didn't exactly play out so I found myself at the management level in the automotive world for nearly the past decade. Wouldn't have been my first choice but it was a job out of college and i couldn't argue with the paycheck. A wife, 2 kids later ( 2 boys 3 & 6) I find myself in a tough spot a looking to change careers. Wife is a stay at home mom and we were planning on her finishing up school in the next year or so but those plans have been put on hold due to our predicament. I need to right amount of income to keep us afloat and job I want to go to every day.
I live in Fort Worth, the northern part, live the american dream that includes a mortgage payment and a car note and I'm looking for something immediate. I have experience as a sales director and finance manager and would like to stay on the management side of things if possible.
