Obviously the performance was far below expectations. There was nothing to suggest this team is improved over last year.
The secondary was awful and to me the worst aspect of this team tonight. Nothing about this game suggested we will out coach
anyone this year either.
With all that said, it is possible we may not be as bad as we looked tonight. This season is so bizarre with no fans at home games,
teams practicing differently due to COVID, no real post season to play for most teams, etc. I suspect we will see all kinds of teams
under performing as happened today in the Big 12.
I will just set expectations very low and be glad there are at least some games to watch for entertainment.
