So last week our wifi started acting funky. Every now and then I'll go to a site or an app on our apple TV and it won't connect.
On my phone, RRS is the biggest culprit. I will click the button to launch the website, but I'll get an error message saying Safari cannot connect. If I turn my wifi off and hit refresh it comes up fine. And once I am connected I can turn my wifi on and it is fine.
On my computer I cannot turn off the wifi. So when it happens to a website I get this error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. I can usually keep hitting refresh and it will eventually connect.
I called Grande and they reset my modem, but that didn't work. Since it is intermittent they couldn't help much over the phone, but are going to send a tech over. My guess is he/she won't be much help again due to the sporadic nature of it.
Any ideas?
