So with Christmas and New Years in the middle of the week a lot of folks took the entire week(s) off, but some just took the 26th through the 31st off. Most of my managers and their employees are off, so I’ll be catching up on emails and knocking out HR-type administrivia shit that I don’t get/like to do on normal days. I had already had my PMO guy use Jan 6 as the day to restart projects.
But what it really means is I basically have two more days off and plan to be outside or with a beer watching any bowl games that are on.
