Is this Communications issue worth going up against the Big 12?

The Big 12 Conference is trying to make this unencrypted headset communication issue go away.

If we go up against the Conference Admin then Yormark will be weakened and Tech will certainly not be looked on favorably.

If we can match the audio recording up to actions on the field should we make a case?
