SpindleTap is in the process of entering the West Texas market including Lubbock, Midland/Odessa, San Angelo, Abilene, etc.
We're looking to hire an intern to do conduct tastings at outlets that sell our beer, as well as hit up potential bars/restaurants/retail outlets that we want to be in. It's a job that should be pretty easy on a student's schedule and will be a very good resume builder as it will involve all facets of marketing in an emerging/exploding industry. We'll fly you down to Houston early on to walk you through our products, teach you about our industry, and introduce you to the team. Pay will be on an hourly basis per event, and there will be potential commission for new accounts added.
A lot of what's expected can involve flexible hours, some weekend work will be required.
We're open to any and all qualified persons. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to socialize are obviously a must. Must be organized and able to meet appointment obligations once they're made. That's extremely important. I think you'll need to get TABC certified, but that's a very short, simple process.
If interested, please shoot me an email for more details.
