Today is day 1 of giving this a try. My eating cycle will run from 11:30-7:30, going on a 2000 calorie diet. I know the HGH thread has discussions, but I'd like to focus this thread solely on IF.
I'm subscribing to the theory of not having anything but water during times of fasting, as the video that @koman1 posted last week.
So far, I'm not as hungry as I thought I'd be at this point (I wake up at 4:45, walk the dog, lift weights, then go to work). Give me your best tips/dos and don'ts.
