We will never take the next step until we get bigger and more physical. This is going back years, but we seldom match up physically against teams we need to beat to elevate this program.
Damn, we look small even against SEC backups. We look much closer to a G5 team than a quality P4 and, with few exceptions, always have.
This just in: Big people beat up on smaller people. By my count, we had seven who went down with injuries to Arkansas’ one. Inevitably, during the course of a season, we deal with an inordinate amount of injuries and depth problems.
