Currently selling a good chunk of my rental properties and want to put the funds in with either Vanguard, Fidelity, or. Charles Schwab. Any recommendations on low cost index funds?
Have always used Vanguard VIAGX in the past or VOO. Should I stick with them or do you recommend something else with solid returns? Plan is to put it in there for 1 to 5 years.
