Just f***ing awful heartbreak. I was so pumped up and having so much fun, for it to turn to horror over the course of about 10 minutes in real time. That was embarrassing, but it wasn’t all embarrassing.
-Special Teams in the first half(and first punt of the second half) was fantastic. So what in the hell happened in the second half?! It went to hell in a hand basket. Missed FG, Squib kicks, Pooch kick, and giving up and onside kick recovery. Just terrible.
-Offense was wildly inconsistent in the first half, and then really solid in the second half. That second half offense was impressive, minus a couple 3 and out drives. Then we just shit the bed in OT...awful play calls leading to an awful result. Kesean disappeared too, and we can’t have that.
-Defense started off terrible, and then really locked in for a long stretch that gave me real hope....so why the f**k did we go prevent on those last drives?!? I don’t get it!
-Wells coached us into a position to win this game, but then allowed for us to get coached out of it too.
-The end result would have made me happy if I just saw the final score by itself...but I saw the whole game, and losing this game was f***ing terrible. We were the better team for most of this game, and we should have won easily.
