It seems better to go D & hire good OC to me. Not sure I want Dana. He was almost fired & this is his real experienced team. Next yr they will fall back & I'm to the point I want a D coach & be able to hire a good OC.
Has KK lost team or is he molding a disciplined team? Over the long run it pays off. I can't handle on it.
I'm afraid the team may not have responded well to him letting Pat keep playing & playing poorly w/o practicing & hurt. Yet. If it seems he has 2 sets of rules & standards it isn't good for team morale! One for Pat & another set for everyone else! Add to that if team is losing & O isn't doing its part & Pats big part of it & KK regardless won't ever give Nic any chance. Esp if team likes & belirves in Nic it can possibly cause problems within the team!
