Last night he changed his language to lie and say "I never said there was no collusion between the campaign and Russia. I said there was no collusion between Trump and Russia."
His base, RRS Everything Else Forum and such, will not care no matter what Trump does. Colluding with a foreign power wont matter to them. Not sure why Giuliani feels compared to lie. The only people that think Trump and his campaign are innocent are people that wont ever abandon him under any circumstances.
