my one email interaction told me all I needed to know. Below is an email I sent last October to all the Tech MBB coaches about their "uncomfortable" motto. That same day I got the reply back from Coach Adams. He was the only one I heard from. Wreck Em Coach!

Uncomfortable as a life goal is outstanding! Last year my daughter’s final High School project was about living “uncomfortable”. I wanted to share her short video project with you and the other coaches. It inspires me, maybe it can do the same for you guys. My daughter is now in her first year at Texas Tech. Wreck Em!
