The Tech Meat Judging team wrapped up an undefeated Spring and Fall competition season and won ANOTHER national championship.
This is their 3rd national championship in the last 5 years, and 13th in program history.
The national championship was won November 12 at the International Meat Judging contest in Dakota City, NE sponsored by the American Meat Science Association.
