My NFL team has had the worst luck this year. I've got the #2 scoring team with a 50 point lead over #3, but also have the #1 points against by a pretty clear margin and am 5th overall with a 3-4 record.
Just faced the anti-me, who has both Kareem Hunt and Tyreek Hill, which completely neutralizes any points that Mahomes scores. He's also the #1 scoring team in the league by about 70 points (and still only 3rd place).
If I get all my players back and sneak into the top 4, I am well set up for a killer playoff run. Pat Mahomes, Leonard Fournette, Joe Mixon, Sony Michel, Antonio Brown, Adam Theilen with a bench of Josh Gordon, Edelman, Chris Carson, and a bunch of other decent bye-week options. Just sucks that I haven't been able to start my 3 RB1's all at once this season.
My college team, that one is becoming more and more interesting. I've somehow found my way back to Alan Bowman at QB, along with 6 20-30 carry starting RBs (including AJ Dillon returning from IR and Juwan Washington stashed on IR in his stead). I just traded Traveyon Williams (A&M RB) away for Antoine Wesley to add to Laviska Shenault Jr for my WR corps. Hopefully that pays off for me as Traveyon has been really, really good at times.
6-2 with 2 weeks to go and a 2 game lead in my division. Not really worried about missing the playoffs, and hoping I can make a run to the finals this year.
